This is a DIRECT FIT for 89-97 5.9L/3.9L Cummins blocks that have the 14mm main studs factory. Some 97 5.9L trucks are split years. The easiest way to tell if this bearing will fit your block is to inspect the passenger side to see if there are two turbo drain ports
